DH
Psychotherapy
I love Lę-Anh. She is the only therapist who i felt was continuously helping me over a long period of time. She makes me feel like my thoughts and feelings are something to be discussed and explored instead of just something to be fixed. I feel like she truly cares about me.

Psychotherapy
Where to even begin. therapy has helped me understand myself, understand why I react and feel the way that I do. It has changed my perspective on what I should prioritize and how I should treat myself and others. I have been in therapy on and off for almost 40 years and Dr Dinh-Williams style of therapy has been the most beneficial I've ever had. Her willingness to try different things as opposed to forcing one method has not only been helpful but is a sign of her empathy and drive for her clients to feel better. I look forward to our weekly sessions and feel like they give me the strength to continue another week. She takes the times to listen and understand and respects my feelings whether they are irrational or not. We work on concrete ways to feel better and she approaches therapy in a way that has made me comfortable to discuss difficult topics.

Psychotherapy
Therapy helped me analyze myself and my emotions through a different lens. It helped me see things differently. It helped me realize that many things and experiences have shaped who I am today (for better or for worse). It has also helped me communicate my emotions much more effectively.

I would recommend Dr Dinh-Williams if you are looking for a therapist who is highly professional, talented and empathetic. What I appreciate about her approach to therapy was that she was not afraid to challenge me rather than agreeing with everything that I said. That level of accountability helped me both professionally and personally.
